Each class is a full practice, consisting of asana, pranayama and meditation.

On My Teaching

You'll never see me without a notebook. Every class that I teach is carefully planned and held with intention. Working with someone’s energy, their story, their trust — that is not lost on me. My practices are slow, steady, and deeply grounding. I hear the same thing from almost everyone "I really needed that". Life has become so chaotic, overstimulating and fast paced it's hard to slow down with intention, so I focus on offering a space that feels calm spacious and safe. A place to exhale  

I teach traditional Hatha postures, and my classes often follow a familiar rhythm. This repetition is intentional, it helps students to truly connect with the shapes, settle into the breath and stop worrying about what comes next. When the mind stops anticipating, the body softens and the practice becomes a doorway inward. I also don’t use physical assists because I believe yoga is a personal, inner journey. Your body is your greatest teacher — my role is simply to guide you back to it.

Today, I offer private yoga sessions tailored entirely to you — whether you’re seeking grounding, moving through pregnancy, navigating postpartum, or simply needing a space to breathe again. I bring both my training and my lived experience into every session, with gentleness, presence, and the deepest of care.
